Project Associate

This is a great opportunity for a graduate or someone with experience in a similar role. The Project Associate will coordinate the administration of multiple project / program activities with the Project Manager, to enable them to be delivered on time, within budget, and to ensure all governance, risk and regulated frameworks are adhered to throughout the project life cycle.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Ensure meeting actions are completed on time by all project partners
  • Create and update workflows
  • Conduct risk analyses
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal / external teams and key stakeholders
  • Order resources such as equipment and software
  • Prepare, collect and send / receive samples as required

Skills you will need:

  • A technical degree, experience in administration with understanding of full project life cycle. Administering multiple projects, budgets, liaising with and coordinating third parties and suppliers is essential
  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
  • Advanced working knowledge of typical software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisation and time-management skills
  • Flexible regarding tasks and responsibilities undertaken
  • Full UK driving license
